Shipping Policy – By Jess Rentals

We deliver NZ-wide from Christchurch, or you can collect from Burnside.

Postal delivery
• Rentals are sent by NZ Post overnight courier, on weekdays only. Most postal orders go out on a Tuesday or Wednesday.
• Your garment will arrive on or before your rental start date.
• Postage is $15 ($18 rural), added at checkout. This covers overnight delivery and a prepaid return bag.
• Saturday delivery is available for an extra $4. Contact us before you book to arrange it.
• Postal orders must be placed at least 3 working days before your rental start date. For Friday or weekend events, the cutoff is 1pm Wednesday of that week.
• Orders placed after the cutoff are sent at your own risk and aren't eligible for a refund or credit if they arrive late.
• If you need your garment early (for example, you're travelling), choose the date you need it by, not your event date.
• Please choose the correct rural or non-rural shipping option. We send rural orders earlier.

Returns by post
• Take your return to an NZ Post counter in the prepaid return bag by 1pm the next working day after your rental ends.
• Please don't use NZ Post drop boxes. They're slower, and returns sent this way are treated as late.
• If you lose your return bag, contact us first. You'll need to send it back using an overnight, tracked service at your own cost.

Local pickup (Burnside, Christchurch)
• Wait for an email saying your order is ready before coming to collect it.
• Pickup times are listed on our Pickup Times page.
• Return your garment in the cream drop box outside the grey sliding door by 5pm the next working day.
